Owners of antique & classic boats must print out the form on the “Register” page and email or mail it to us ahead of time. We would like to know if you are planning on coming whether or not you are able to send payment with your form.
Park Space
Land display and vendor space within Promenade Park will be allocated at the discretion of TACBS. Please contact us in advance if you are considering land display. Land displays must be setup before 10:00am Saturday and remain on display until at least 4:30pm.
Loading and Unloading
Access to grounds for loading and unloading is via Water Street. From Summit Street, take Walnut Street towards the river. Turn right at Water Street and proceed under the Cherry Street Bridge. All vehicles must be removed from grounds as soon as possible during the unloading process, no later than 10:00am.

Spectator Parking
Parking is in the Vistula Garage (Corner of Summit and Cherry) at a cost of $5.00. It is an easy walk to the show via a concourse under Summit street. Take the garage elevator to the concourse level. There, signs will direct you through the concourse to the show area at the Promenade Park docks.
Lodging
The new Renaissance Hotel is adjacent to the show grounds, between Summit St. and the Maumee River. They have a special show rate of $129 for show participants and guests. You can book your stay here.
Dockage
Toledo Antique & Classic Boat Show has been granted exclusive use of the Promenade Park docks on August 23th, 2019 through the 26th . TACBS reserves the right to show preference to classic wooden boats. Boaters with antique and classic boats are encouraged to dock and enjoy the show for the duration. Boaters arriving in non-classic boats will be asked to dock upriver at the southwest end of Promenade Park.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Friday, August 23th
4:00pm Setup and dockage
6:00pm Our guests are welcome to enjoy one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the show area.. There will be a live concert in Promenade Park and live DJ at H2O restaurant. Nearby restaurants include Brim House, The Heights, Chop House, H2O, Balance Pan-Asian Grille, and The Docks restaurant complex on the east side of the river. Overnight security will be overseeing boats and exhibitors.
Saturday, August 24th
8:00am Docking & Setup
10:00am Boat Show open to public
12:00pm – 4:30pm Performance by Kentucky Chrome
4:30pm Boat Show concludes
6:00pm Participants are welcome to enjoy dinner at H2O restaurant adjacent to the show. Space will be reserved for TACBS participants who wish purchase their own dinners.
